REGISTRATION

If you are interested in registering with the school please fill out the School Interest Form. After filling out the form, you will be contacted and informed of the registration process. Please understand that enrollment is subject to the discretion of the principal and is not guaranteed.

PRESCHOOL and KINDERGARTEN

Entering kindergartners must be 5 years old by September 30.

Parents wishing to have a child tested for early entrance into kindergarten (5th birthday after September 30) should contact their neighborhood public elementary school to ask that the child be tested.  OLPH will admit a child early only if the test results indicate that early entrance is in the best interest of the child.

TUITION, FEES and SCHOLARSHIPS

For current tuition and fees, please contact the School Office at 419-382-5696.

There are a number of scholarships administered by the State of Ohio that are made available to eligible families, but are awarded by the state based on the state’s criteria. These scholarships include the Northwest Ohio Scholarship, EdChoice Scholarship, EdChoice Expansion Scholarship, and the Jon Peterson and Autism Scholarship.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All tuition must be paid in full by August 1, 2022, or arrangements must be made for monthly payments through SMART. Families may set up payment plans through SMART tuition services.  There is an initial $50 fee payable directly to SMART.  SMART allows families various payment options for your convenience.  Please call the office at 419-382-5696 to start the process of enrolling in SMART.

FUNDRAISING

School families are encouraged to participate in the annual school fundraisers.

OLPH TRIP

The OLPH TRIP program gives families the opportunity to purchase gift cards from participating retailers who then donate a percentage of the total purchase back to the school.

1% of any rebate goes to OLPH, and the remaining rebate goes into an account for each participating family and can be used to offset tuition costs, as well as other school expenses – such as the 8th grade Washington DC trip, the 6th grade Camp Storer trip, extended day, the comprehensive/registration fee, and the hot lunch program. (Disclaimer – Some options may be affected by the TRIP fundraising deadlines and payment due dates.)
